 For nearly two decades, I’ve been passionately involved in organizing and managing administrative functions. I spent over ten years in international environments, gaining experience in the purchasing office administration at IKEA and supporting the M&A team at KPMG Advisory, where I learned to combine high operational standards with an empathetic approach to people.

At MET Polska, I’m responsible for the smooth functioning of the office, direct support for the Management Board, and assistance to employees. My role combines organizational, communication, and strategic tasks, allowing me to have a real impact on the team’s daily operations. I value collaboration, trust, and mutual support. Creating an environment that fosters openness and effective communication is especially important to me.

I hold a master’s degree in management from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in “Company Law Academy” at the Warsaw School of Economics.
