For over a decade, I have been professionally involved in the energy sector and financial institutions, specializing in corporate finance management, cost optimization, and implementing strategies that support sustainable growth. My experience spans both international energy groups and financial structures, where I was responsible for strategic planning, investment analysis, and the implementation of controlling tools.
At MET Polska, I serve as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial processes and supporting business development through effective capital management, risk control, and cost structure optimization. I work closely with sales and operations teams, helping them achieve strategic goals and implement innovative business models.
Previously, I gained experience at Axpo Polska, where I built and coordinated the development of the finance function in a fast-growing energy organization. At Qair Polska, I supported the development of renewable energy projects, focusing on investment financing and capital structure. I was also involved in the development of offshore wind projects at Polenergia, where I co-created financial structures for offshore wind farms. I began my career at UBS, Citigroup, and ING, gaining experience in investment banking, financial analysis, and risk management. My international experience has defined my analytical and strategic approach, which I now apply in the energy sector.
