I specialize in sales processes, creating purchasing strategies, contract negotiations and analyzing the market and its mechanisms. I participated in the creation of sales structures at CEZ Trade and Ignitis Poland, developing cooperation with Key Customers, SME sector and business partners.
As an energy consultant at E&C, I supported large energy-intensive companies in optimizing their energy and gas procurement costs, advising them on effective procurement solutions and risk management.
At MET Polska, I hold the position of Head of SME, focusing on developing this area through both internal and external sales. I focus on implementing modern solutions that improve the work of the team and optimize sales processes. I strongly focus on flexible and customized solutions that meet the current needs of customers.
I am a master's degree in power engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in investment banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
